1. Scope
These Terms apply to your use of the HairBoost app, websites, and related features. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
2. Service
HairBoost provides hairstyle previews, face analysis, AI headshot generation, and related results based on photos and settings provided by users. AI-generated results are estimates and synthetic outputs; we do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
3. User Content
You represent that you have the rights, permissions, and consents necessary for any photos or content you upload. You may not use another person's face photo without appropriate permission.
4. Prohibited Conduct
- Violating laws or public order.
- Infringing copyrights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other rights.
- Impersonation, false representation, or misleading use.
- Reverse engineering, scraping, overloading, or unauthorized access.
- Using generated results for illegal, deceptive, discriminatory, or harmful purposes.
5. Paid Features
The app may offer subscriptions, ad removal, saves, extra generations, or other paid features. Prices, renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the App Store or Google Play listing and terms.
6. Generated Results
You are responsible for how you use, save, and share generated results. We do not guarantee that generated results will be free from third-party claims or fit for your intended use.
7. Changes and Availability
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service when needed. Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for damages caused by such changes or interruptions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence. For free users, the limit is JPY 1,000.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the operator's location.
